1. Which of your men will work on my property?

We send knowledgeable, certified, qualified and insured landscapers to any property and take utmost care to maintain the privacy of the dwellers. We also respect the property and the surroundings.

2. Do you have a license to work?

We have the license to work at any property and we hold a QBCC structural landscaping trade license. All of our workers carry induction card to their working site.

3. Do you have insurance?

Absolutely yes! We have Public Liability Insurance and even supply you with a copy of the same.

4. Whom do you serve?

5. What will be the return on my investment?

The return depends on several factors like the location, landscaping design and the condition of the property. You can talk with a real estate developer or agent and accordingly, we can undertake the landscaping plans.

9. When am I expected to pay?

Payment is due on completion of demolition, unless prior arrangements have been made within the contracts.

10. Am I allowed to take structural items from the home and sell them or give them away to my family before demolition begins?

No. Once the house has been quoted and contracts have been signed, all items of the house structurally become the property of Sydney Demolition Companies and will be salvaged and recycled to designated companies for re-use. If you require special items from your home you must discuss this before contracts are signed.
